慢性精神分裂症患者行为治疗中的量表应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨行为治疗对长期住院慢性精神病人的康复及不良行为改善过程中各种量表的应用价值。方法将符合标准的222例长期住院慢性精神分裂症病人,随机分为观察组和对照组各111例,两组在常规药物治疗的基础上,观察组施行综合行为治疗法,对照组行常规工娱治疗法,治疗时间均为12周。应用康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)及自制不良行为观察表进行综合评价患者的疗效。结果治疗12周后,住院病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)及不良行为观察表评分有显著性差异(P<0.01),而简明精神病评定量表和护士用住院病人观察表(NOSIE)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论住院病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)及不良行为观察表在慢性精神分裂症患者行为康复治疗中是较好的疗效评定量表。Purpose To discuss the application of scale during the behavior therapy for the recovery and the improvement on delinquency of chronicle schizophrenia inpatients received long periods of hospitalization.Method 222 chronicle schizophrenia inpatients received long periods of hospitalization were divided into observation group and reference group.On the basis of normal medication therapy,both groups held on to the original medication unchanged,and the treatment last for 12 weeks.The observation group received behavior therapy whereas the reference group received normal occupation recreational therapy.Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scales（IPROS） before and after the therapy as well as the self-made delinquency observation scales was applied during the comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment.Results The evaluation on the Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scales（IPROS） as well as the delinquency observation scales had an obvious difference（P〈0.01）.However,there was no obvious difference on the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale and Nurses＇ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation（NOSIE）.Conclusion Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scales（IPROS） and delinquency observation scale are good scales for evaluation on treatment effectiveness during the therapy treatment of chronicle schizophrenia patients.
