摘　　要：目的探讨两切口食管癌根治术后胸胃无力症的发生原因,诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析本院近8年来治疗的两切口食管癌根治术后胸胃无力症36例的临床资料。结果所有患者均予保守治疗并治愈出院,生活质量良好。结论两切口食管癌根治术后胃无力症发生原因复杂,但绝大多数为功能性胸胃排空障碍,保守治疗效果满意。Objective To analyze causes,diagnosis and clinical treatments of intrathoracic gastrasthenia after the two-incision esophageal cancer radical resection.Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of intrathoracic gastrasthenia in our hospital in recent 8 years was retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 36 patients were cured in conservative treatments and lived a quality life.Conclusion The causes of intrathoracic gastrasthenia after the two-incision esophageal cancer radical resection are very complex.But almost all are functional gastrasthenia and can be cured with conservative treatments.
