摘　　要：目的探讨介入护士潜在的职业危险因素,采取有效措施进行防护。方法深入分析介入护士的工作性质、所处环境和面临的各种现状,以减轻职业危害。结果提高了护理人员对职业危险因素的认识,使各项防护对策逐项落到实处,有效降低了职业危险因素的损害。结论重视介入工作的职业危险因素,加强管理,安全操作,注重防护,将职业危害降至最低。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the potential occupation risk factors of interventional nurses,to take effective measures for protection.METHODS In-depth analysis of the working nature,the circumstance and the various situation of the interventional nurses was made to reduce the occupation hazard.RESULTS The awareness to occupational risk factors of the nursing personnel had been improved,and the protective countermeasures were implemented,the damage caused by the occupational risk factors was effectively reduced.CONCLUSION It should attach importance to the occupation risk factors of interventional work,management enhancement,safe operation,and the protection,to minimize the occupational risks.
