钼靶摄片中钙化灶对乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨钼靶摄片中钙化灶对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:对26例乳腺癌患者钼靶图像进行回顾性分析。结果:26例乳腺癌中,肿块伴钙化13例,单纯钙化5例,肿块无钙化8例。共发现钙化灶19处。成簇钙化12例,针尖样钙化4例,沙粒样钙化3例。结论:钼靶摄片中的钙化在对乳腺癌的诊断中有重要意义,在亚临床型乳腺癌的诊断中起决定性作用,对早发现早诊断早治疗提供了可能。Objective To study the calcification fihn mamrnography for breast cancer diagnosis. Methods 26 cases of breast cancer mammography images were retrospectively analyzed.Results 26 cases of breast cancer, mass with calcification in 13 cases, 5 cases of calcification alone, the mass without calcification in 8 cases. Calcifications were found in 19. Clusters of calcification in 12 cases, needle-like calcification in 4 cases, 3 cases of sand-like calcification. Conclusion calcification film mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer has important signifi- cance in the diagnosis of subclinical breast cancer plays a decisive effect on the early detection and early diagnosis and early treatment offers the possibility.
