丙泊酚复合小剂量氯胺酮静脉麻醉在乳腺区段切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨丙泊酚复合小剂量氯胺酮静脉麻醉在乳腺区段切除术中的临床效果。方法 40例择期乳腺手术患者静脉滴注氯胺酮0.5-1mg/kg,1min后静脉滴注丙泊酚1.5-2mg/kg,继之以WES—型50F2微量泵输入丙泊酚6-8 mg/（kg·h）维持麻醉。结果丙泊酚复合小剂量氯胺酮静脉麻醉用于乳腺区段切除术,麻醉效果满意,循环稳定,苏醒快,并发症少。是一种安全、舒适、可靠的麻醉方法。Objective To investigate the propofol combined with small dose of ketamine intravenous anesthesia in partial Mastcctomy in clinical effect.Methods 40 patients undergoing elective breast operation;patients with intravenous injection of ketamine 0.5-1mg/kg,1 minutes after intravenous injection of propofol 1.5-2mg/kg,followed by WES-50F2 micro pump input propofol 6–8mg/（kgh） maintenance of anesthesia.Results propofol combined with small dose of ketamine intravenous anesthesia for resection of the breast section,anesthesia effect is satisfactory,cycle stability,Su Xing fast,with few complications.Is a safe,comfortable,reliable method of anesthesia.
