摘  要:[目的]利用果蔗热带种(Badila)茎尖培养进行甘蔗花叶病的脱毒研究。[方法]采用黑皮果蔗茎尖作为外植体进行了组织培养,并在生根阶段和假植阶段进行了甘蔗花叶病毒的分子检测。[结果]初代培养基为MS+0.50 mg/L6-BA+0.01 mg/LNAA+30 g/L蔗糖,继代培养基为MS+0.20 mg/L6-BA+0.01 mg/LNAA+30 g/L蔗糖。甘蔗花叶病毒检测结果为阴性。[结论]利用热处理结合茎尖培养能够有效脱除花叶病毒。[Objective] The detoxification of sugarcane mosaic disease was studied by mean of sugarcane tropical species(Badila) shoot-tip culture.[Method] The shoot tip of black sugarcane was used as explants for tissue culture,and the sugarcane mosaic virus in rooting phase and single plant planting stage was detected at molecular level.[Result] The early generations medium was MS+0.05 mg/L 6-BA+0.01 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sucrose,and the subculture medium was MS+0.20 mg/L BA+0.01 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sucrose.The molecular detection of sugarcane mosaic virus in rooting phase and single plant planting stage showed negative.[Conclusion] Shoot-tip culture combined with the use of heat treatment can be effective removal mosaic virus.
