摘　　要：目的：提高肝衰竭患者对人工肝支持系统（ALSS）知识的认识和自我心理、生理护理能力。方法：将80例肝衰竭患者分为观察组与对照组，观察组术后持续到各病房给予回访和健康指导，对照组按常规做术后指导。结果：通过术后回访．患者的保健能力和依从性得到提高。结论：对肝衰竭患者术后回访，对患者健康指导起到督促、咨询、指导作用，有利于构建和谐的医患关系，并能提高ALSS疗效。Objective： To prompt the awareness of knowledge of artificial liver support systems technology （ALSS） and self-care ability in patients with liver failure. Methods ： 80 cases of liver failure patients were divided into two groups ： the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given visit and health education after treatment, while the control group only got general guidelines. Results： After visiting to the wards, the patient＇s health behavior and compliance of treatment were improved. Conclusion： The liver failure patients in various wards were followed up,so patients could get supervision, advice and guidance to their health education and a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients might be easily built.
