射频热疗联合同步放化疗治疗局部中晚期食管癌效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较射频热疗联合放化疗、放化疗和单纯放疗治疗局部晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法 90例局部晚期食管癌患者随机分为A组、B组和C组各30例,A组应用射频热疗联合同步放化疗,B组应用放化疗,C组应用单纯放疗。比较3组近远期疗效及不良反应。结果 A组近期总有效率高于B组和C组,B组高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组1年生存率高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3年生存率3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组白细胞降低、血小板降低、恶心呕吐及放射性食管炎发生率均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热疗联合放化疗治疗局部晚期食管癌疗效优于同步放化疗和单纯放疗,且降低放化疗的不良反应,值得进一步研究。Objective To compare the clinical effects of Radio Frequency Hyperthermia combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy,chemoradiotherapy and pure Radiotherapy on local advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods 90 patients with local advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C ,30 cases of each. The group A were treated with Radio Frequency Hyperthermia combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy;the group B were treated with chemoradiotherapy;the group C were treated with pure Radiotherapy. Compare the near and forward future effect and adverse reaction of 3 groups. Results The near total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C,and the near total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group C ,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The One year survival rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C ,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）, but the differences between 3 years survival rate of 3 groups were of no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The incidence rate of leukocyte reduction, platelet reduction, nausea and vomiting and Radioactive esophagitis was lower than that of group B, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ;but the difference between group A and C was of no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05. ） Conclusion The clinical effects of Radio Frequency Hyperthermia combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy on local advanced esophageal carcinoma was better than that of chemoradiotherapy and pure Radiotherapy, and which can reduce adverse reactions of chemoradiotherapy. So it was well worth further study.
