左旋门冬氨酸鸟氨酸与乳果糖联合应用治疗肝性脑病55例

摘　　要：目的:观察左旋门冬氨酸鸟氨酸与乳果糖联用治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法:将110例肝性脑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各55例,对照组综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗基础上加门冬氨酸鸟氨酸静脉滴注,乳果糖口服或灌肠,7d为1疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率(89.0%)、降低血氨和改善肝功能明显优于对照组(p<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论:门冬氨酸鸟氨酸与乳果糖联用治疗肝性脑病,疗效显著,无明显不良反应,是一种较好的方法。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of L-ornithine-aspartate and lactulose on hepatic encephalopathy.Methods：Fifty-fife patients with hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into therapy group （n=55） and control group （n=55）.patients in the control group were treated with routine comprehensive therapy and those in the therapy group received additional intravenous administration with L- ornithine-L-aspartate,lactulose oral Liquid or enema therapy（once daily,7days for a treatment course）.Results：L-ornithine-L-aspartate significantly decreased blood ammonia and improved hepatic function（p0.05）.Therapeutic effects of therapy group was better than those in the confrol group.Its general efficiency was89.0%,and it had no significant side effect.Conclusion：Combined application of L-ornithine-L-aspartate and lactulose on hepatic encephalopathy is greatly effective and has on obvious side effect.
