小切口非超声乳化白内障手术在罗定地区的应用疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在罗定基层医院设备比较简陋条件下行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的疗效。方法:在广东省罗定地区基层医院进行1200例表面麻醉小切口非超声乳化白内障防盲手术,观察术后1周视力及并发症。结果:平均每台手术10min左右,除17例出现后囊膜破裂,其余均植入人工晶体,有1183例,(98.58%),术后1周矫正视力≥0.5者1178例(脱盲率98.17%),0.1～0.4者21例,0.1以下1例。结论:小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除手术的手术效果好,手术时间短,并发症少,能使白内障患者早日复明,是罗定基层医院白内障复明的首选手术方法。Objective：To discuss efficacy of the operational management of tiny-incisal non-phacoemulsification in basic hospitals of Luoding area,Guangdong,China,whose equipment are poor.Method：1200 cataract cases were operated with tiny-incisal phacoemulsification in Chinese basic hospitals. 1 week after operation, patients’ visions were measured and the complications were evluated.Result：Average operational duration was 10 min. Post-cyst of lens were broken in 17 cases,then,artificial lens were implanted in 1183 cases （98.58%）.Pro-operational vision of patients were improved to over 0.5 in 1178 cases （98.17%）,to 0.1-0.4 in 21 cases,to less than 0.1 in 1 cases.Conclusion：Due to the advantages of the operational management of tiny-incisal non-phacoemulsification,such as good efficacy,limited duration,less complications;it should be the first choice for basic hospitals of Luoding area.
