摘 要:以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,利用静电纺丝法制备了聚丙烯腈(PAN)/β-环糊精(β-CD)纳米纤维.通过场发射扫描电镜、红外光谱和粉末XRD对纳米纤维进行了表征,并检测了纺丝溶液的电导率和黏度.结果表明,β-CD的添加量可以改善纳米纤维的形貌,固定在纤维上的β-CD保留了空腔结构,为其在纳米纤维中发挥超分子特性提供了可能.通过紫外-可见光谱法研究了PAN/β-CD纤维对亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液的吸附性能.结果表明,纳米纤维中的β-CD显著提高了PAN/β-CD纤维对MB的吸附能力,使其在吸附分离、电化学传感器及药物控制释放等领域具有潜在的应用价值.A novel polyacrylonitrile/β-cyclodextrin(PAN/β-CD) nanofibrous membrane(PAN/β-CDnfm) for molecular adsorption was successfully prepared by electrospinning from a homogeneous solution of β-CD and PAN in dimethylformamide(DMF).PAN/β-CDnfm with the different mass fraction of β-CD(0,10%,30%,60%) was characterized by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).The SEM results show that the increasing concentration of β-CD in the fibrous membrane improves the fibrous morphology.The viscosity and conductivity of electrospinning solutions are influenced by the addition of β-CD.The studies of FTIR and XRD prove that β-CD molecules are combined with the PAN nanofibers.In the adsorption study,methylene blue(MB) was used as a model molecule.By UV-Vis spectra,PAN/β-CDnfm showed the efficient adsorption ability for MB via the formation of inclusion complexes with β-CD,which indicates that the β-CD functionalized nanofibers may be utilized in purification/separation processes,electrochemical sensor,drug delivery,and so on.
