摘　　要：企业不仅是经济组织,而且是重要的社会组织,因此企业应该承担社会责任,林业企业亦如此。由于林业行业的特殊性,林业企业需要承担一些本身特有的社会责任。结合森林资源的特点及林业企业的产销链,以利益相关者理论为基础,提出林业企业应该承担的具体社会责任,并对林业企业社会责任的进一步研究提出展望。Enterprises are not only economic organizations, but also important social ones. Therefore, they should undertake the social responsibility, so do the forestry enterprises. Because of the specificity of the forestry indus- try, forestry enterprises need to undertake their unique social responsibility. On basis of the stakeholder theory connecting with characteristics of forest resources and production and marketing chain of forestry enterprises, this paper proposes that what specific responsibility should forestry enterprises undertake, and gives a few views on the future development direction in study on social responsibility of forestry enterprises.
