摘 要:为了建立过度训练大鼠模型,探讨大豆多肽对过度训练大鼠肠道免疫功能的干预作用及其机制。将大鼠随机分为对照组、过度训练组和大豆多肽干预组,9周后,检测各组大鼠小肠组织SOD、MDA和SIgA的含量以及小肠CD4+T、CD8+T细胞数量。结果发现:与对照组比较,过度训练组大鼠小肠组织中sIgA含量、CD4+T细胞数量、CD4+/CD8+比值显著下降,小肠CD8+T细胞数量显著升高;且小肠中SOD活性显著降低,MDA含量显著升高;与过度训练组相比,SPI干预组大鼠虽然小肠组织中sIgA含量没有显著差异,但CD4+T细胞数量、CD4+T/CD8+T的比值显著升高,CD8+T细胞的数量显著降低;且小肠SOD活性显著升高,小肠MDA含量显著降低。得出结论:过度训练组大鼠小肠SIgA含量降低和脂质过氧化产物增多,是过度训练导致肠道免疫功能降低的主要机制。补充SPI后,过度训练大鼠小肠组织CD4+T与CD8+T的数量得到改善且自由基清除能力增强,可能是补充SPI防止过度训练大鼠肠道免疫功能下降的主要机制。Objective:To establish rat model of overtraining and explore the intervention effect of soybean protein isolate peptide supplementation on the intestinal immune function of overtraining rats and its mechanism. Method:Experimental rats were randomly divided into control group,overtraining group, and soybean peptide intervention group. The content of SOD, MDA, and the SIgA and CD4+ T, CD8+ T quan tity in small intestine were examined 9 weeks later. Results:Compared with the control group, in the small intestine tissue of overtraining group, SIgA content,CD4 + T quantity and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio obviously decreased,while CD8+T quantity obviously increased. And SOD activity obviously decreased, MDA content obviously increased;Compared with the overtraining group, in the small intestine of soybean peptide imervention group,SIgA content was no significant change, but CD4+ T quantity, CD4+ T/CD8+ T ratio increased significantly,CD8+ T quantity obviously reduced. And SOD activity increased, MDA content in the small intestine reduced obviously. Conclusion: Overtraining might cause immunologic function reduce obviously in small intestinal tract of rats. The content of SIgA decreased and lipid peroxidation products increased in the small intestinal tissue of overtraining rats,might be the main mechanism that overtraining causes immunologic function in the intestinal tract to reduce. After SPI supplement, the quantity of CD4+ T and CD8 + Tcan be improved,meanwhile clearance ability of free radical enhanced. It might be the main mechanism which SPI supplementation prevented the decrease of immunologic function in the intestinal tract of overtraining rats.
