Vitapex在年轻恒牙根尖诱导术中的应用

摘　　要：目的应用Vitapex根充糊剂诱导年轻恒牙根尖的形成,观查其临床疗效。方法选择137例200颗牙外伤或已有牙髓病变的年轻恒牙。常规牙髓处理后,采用两种不同的根管糊剂根充,进行疗效对比分析。结果经过3个月—2年定期复诊和随访,注射式Vitapex根充糊剂与氢氧化钙根充糊剂远期治疗效果有显著差异;其临床症状及X线片牙根及根尖发育情况好,成功率高,根尖诱导作用明显。结论注射式Vitapex根充糊剂优于氢氧化钙根充糊剂,更适合作为临床常规年轻恒牙牙根形成术的诱导剂。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of how the use of Vitapex root canal filling paste would induce the formation of the root apex of the immature permanent teeth. Methods Totally 200 immature permanent teeth in 137 cases with tooth injuries or sick pulp were chosen to be examined. Results After the conventional pulp treatment, two kinds of root canal paste, Vitapex and Calcium Hydroxide,were used. After a three months to two years regular referral and follow - up, the long - term treatment with the use of Vitapex and Calcium Hydroxide had been significantly different. Conclusions The use of Vitapex had produced good result with the satisfactory root and apex development and root apex formation. Thus we can conclude that Vitapex is a better root canal filling paste in the apexiflcation.
