摘　　要：为加深对动态冰浆的认识,文章介绍了动态冰浆的制取方式,着重讨论动态冰浆在建筑空调、食品加工、医疗保护以及其他场合的应用。通过与冷冻水及其它类型冰的比较分析,表明动态冰浆在蓄冷密度、流动性与传热性能等方面具有独特的技术优势。To deepen the understanding of dynamic ice slurry, this article introduced the production way of dynamic ice slurry, and mainly discussed the application of dynamic ice slurry in the construction air conditioning, food processing, medical care and other occasions. Frozen water and other types of ice were compared and analysed, and results show that the dynamic ice slurry has a unique advantage in cold storage density, liquidity and heat transfer performance and so on.
