摘 要:[目的]探讨外科应用解剖与手术学课程设置和教学实践的临床意义。[方法]通过对我教研室接受培训的160名学员在教学实践中注重外科应用解剖与手术学课程设置,为实验组,和既往有详细资料记载的采用传统的教学方法的学员75名,为对照组,采用自行设计的调查表,调查学员的满意情况,统计其优良率。[结果]实验组有160例对教学的评价为优或良,优良率为100%,无一例为差,而对照组,有106例评价为优或良,优良率为88.33%,有14例回答为差,占11.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]外科应用解剖与手术学课程是由基础医学向临床医学过渡的一门桥梁性课程,是医学生必修的科目,值得在教学过程中引起足够的重视。[Objective]To investigate the clinical significance of surgical anatomy and surgical science curriculum and teaching practice.[Methods]160 students were trained by teaching practice focus on surgical anatomy and surgical science curriculum as the experimental group.75 students used the past traditional methods as the control group.We used self-designed questionnaire to investigate the student's satisfaction,and its excellent rate.[Results]The experimental group had 160 cases of the evaluation of teaching was excellent or good,and the excellent and good rate was 100%.With no worse,in the control group,there were 106 cases were evaluated as excellent or good with the good rate of 88.33%,14 cases the answered poor,accounted for 11.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Surgical anatomy and surgical medical school curriculum is based on a transition to bridge clinical curriculum,medical students is a compulsory subject in the teaching process,which should be taken seriously enough.
