摘　　要：目的探讨真核翻译起始因子-5A2在乳腺癌组织中的表达的临床意义。方法收集我院2008年1月至2010年12月有完整存档蜡块资料的50例乳腺癌蜡块并对其进行免疫组织化学染色,检测EIF-5A2在乳腺癌中的表达,并且对EIF-5A2的表达情况与疾病的病理生物学特点进行分析,以判断其对预后的意义。结果 EIF-5A2阳性表达86%,EIF-5A2在肿瘤中的表达与肿瘤临床分期、淋巴结转移、与雌激素受体(ER)状态呈负相关。结论 EIF-5A2在乳腺癌中有高表达,与临床分期密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of eukaryotic initiation factor-5A2（EIF-5A2） in breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of EIF-5A2 in 69 breast cancer tissues and 6 normal breast tissues.The correlations of EIF-5A2 expression and clinicopathological parameters in breast cancer were then analyzed.Results The positive rates of EIF-5A2 expression in 50 breast cancer tissues was 86%,which was positively correlated with some biological behaviors of breast cancer（TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and HER-2 stage）,and was negatively correlated with ER,respectively.In contrast,EIF-5A2 expression was not detected in normal breast tissues.Conclusion EIF-5A2 is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues.The overexpression of EIF-5A2 may play an important role in portal vein encroachment and metastasis of breast cancer.
