摘　　要：目的了解广州市大学生亚健康状态的主要影响因素,探讨其成因并提出相应的预防对策。方法采用经过改进的调查问卷对广州大学城10所高校共2000名大学生进行问卷调查,用EpiData3.1建立数据库,SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果广州大学生中普遍存在不同程度的亚健康状态,受调查者中有64.4%(1270/1971)的学生处于亚健康状态;主要表现为注意力难以集中、记忆力差、活力减退等;不同大学生群体亚健康症状表现差异有统计学意义;影响健康的主要因素为缺少体育锻炼、精神高度紧张、睡眠质量差等。结论学校要引导大学生进行科学合理的体育锻炼,通过多种途径让学生了解健康知识,关注家庭经济较困难的学生。Objective To study the main influencing factors of sub-health status in college students of Guangzhou,and suggest some corresponding measures for prevention.Methods Uniform questionnaire were designed for sub-health status investigation of 2 000 students of 10 colleges from Guangzhou campus city.Used EpiData 3.1 to establish a database and used SPSS 13.0 software for statistical analysis.Results The results showed that different levels of sub-health was prevalent in college student.About 64.4%（1 270/1 971）students under investigation was in a sub-health condition and accompanied with some symptom such as difficulty in concentration,poor memory and less energetic.Symptoms in different sub-health groups of students were significantly different.The main factors leading to sub-health was the lack of physical exercise,high mental tension and low sleep quality.Conclusion The colleges should guide the students to have reasonable exercise,improve their health knowledge via different ways and give more concern of the students with family economic difficulty.
