摘 要:首先对国内外颤振激励技术发展概况和IES颤振激励技术进行了简单介绍。进而通过对IES在地面试验和飞行试验过程使用情况的详细介绍与分析,得出这种激励技术适用于高频结构模态颤振激励结论。Flutter flight test is a high-risk flight test item for a new aircraft so as to determine its flutter characteristics and flutter surplus,and flutter excitation is key to the Flutter flight test.The frequency scanning of operational faces and small rocket excitation which are used for the flutter flight test in China can not meet the requirements for that of small and medium-sized aircraft.Therefore it is urgent to study the flutter excitation with the inertial excitation system(IES).The ground test results show that the IES can generate the signals of arbitrary frequency and scanning frequency and that the force values generated by the signals of various types agree with their expected force values.The IES can excite the flutter of small and medium-sized aircraft and is suitable for its flutter flight test.
