摘  要:通过传统力学分析、轴线应力分析和等效表面应力分析3种方法,研究了不同类型汽车悬架弹簧的应力分布规律,计算理论以及部分类型弹簧的点应变曲线,给出了不同类型的汽车悬架弹簧相应的应力算法,为汽车悬架弹簧的设计提供了新的应力分析方法和判断准则。Fatigue damage often occurs in the suspension spring of an automobile,which has a shorter life than required.Our theoretical study shows that the direct causes are surface stress concentration and the mis-adjustment of alternative load and strength.Through analyzing the stress,axis force and equivalent surface stress of the suspension spring,we learn how the main stress and shear stress of different types of spring are distributed under different alternative loads,thus obtaining their calculation methods.The test data and simulation results show:(1) the location of maximum stress and minimum stress of the spring under the alternative load;(2) the relationship between the structure of the spring and its materials selection.
