摘　　要：信息资源开发利用是信息产品生产、加工和投诸应用的过程。其开发利用必须是在搞好信息源体系建设、信息采集的基础上,着重把握好以下几个环节:一是数据库建设,这是信息资源开发和利用的中心一环;二是推进信息加工增值及使其向知识产品转化,使信息成为能够满足用户需求、产生经济与社会效益的社会产品;三是发挥市场机制在促进信息资源开发利用方面的作用,包括加快信息产品的商品化、信息交易的市场化和信息服务的产业化。Information resources development and utilization of information production, processing and investment process of all applications.
