摘 要:针对海上旅大10-1油田,筛选出适合海上油田的易溶解、耐温性能和增黏效果较好的大庆高分子聚合物HPAM,以及在较低质量浓度范围内能使油水界面张力达到超低的表面活性剂SSOCT。在目标油藏温度下,二者组成的二元复合体系(1500mg/L大庆HPAM+1000 mg/L SSOCT)的黏度和界面张力可达18.7mPa·s和1.2μN/m。试验结果表明:此二元复合体系具有较好的配伍性和一定的老化稳定性。室内水驱含水率95%后注入0.3PV二元复合体系,可提高采收率20.54%,相同经济成本下比聚合物驱提高采收率6.39%。Aimed at Lvda 10-1 offshore oilfield, the suitable polymer and surfactant for combinational flooding system are screened. The selected polymer is Daqing polymer, which is easily dissolved with good heat resistance and viscosity properties. The selected suffactant is SSOCT, which can change the oil-water interfacial tension to ultra low in the lower range of concentration. At the objective reservoir temperature, the combinational flooding system will have a viscosity μp to 18.7 mPa.s and an oil-water interracial tension up to 0.001,2 mN/m when the concentrations of polymer and surfactant are 1,500 mg/L and 1,000 mg/L. The resuhs of physical analogue experiments show that the system has a better compatibility and a certain aging stability, and the oil recovery ratio will increase 20.54% by injecting 0.3 PV combinational flooding system after waterflooding and can be improved by 6.39% at the same economic cost compared with polymer flooding.
