关于学位论文网络传播的思考

摘　　要：文章从与学位论文相关的各项法律法规及高校图书馆职能角度出发,讨论学位论文在高校校园网内传播的合理性、可行性,认为网上提交学位论文是呈缴制度的体现,校园网内传播学位论文是图书馆管理手段的进步;从网络传播的意义与价值角度看,学位论文网络传播是对作者利益的一种保护。The paper discusses the rationality and feasibility of the thesis and dissertation network propagating within campus from two aspects of the laws and regulations related to the theses and dissertations, and the function of university library. The authors think that submitting and propagating the theses and dissertations within campus network is not only the manifestation of deposit copy system but also the improvement in library management. And the authors also believe that the thesis and dissertation network propagation is a form of protection of the writer＇s copyright.
