摘　　要：分析临床带教中存在的问题,提出加强带教责任制管理,改进教学方式方法,建立实习生出科考核制度,合理解决实习与考研的矛盾,重点加强实践性教学等对策。The article analyzed the problems during clinical internship. Some suggestions were proposed, which included enhancing the management of clinical internship responsibility system, improving teaching manners and methods, establishing the assessment system for students in ctinical training, solving reasonably the contradiction between the training and the postgraduate entrance exams, intensifying the practical teaching, etc.
