摘　　要：多数综合医院高压氧学科发展水平较低,主要共存问题是:学科建设思想落后,学科队伍老化,高压氧治疗与临床治疗、康复治疗脱离等。文章通过总结本院高压氧学科的建设和发展经验,提出加强综合医院高压氧学科建设的建议。The disciplines of hyperbaric oxygen were developing in most comprehensive hospitals. The common issues were： The subject construction was guided by developing idea. The crews were old on average. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy could not harmonize with clinical treatments and rehabilitation programs, and so on. This article provides the suggestions for comprehensive hospitals on how to strengthen the development of hyperbaric oxygen discipline by summarizing the experiences on construction and development.
