摘  要:探讨了抗氧剂、阻燃剂、增韧剂对增强阻燃PBT抗黄变性的影响.结果表明,含硫抗氧剂对改善增强阻燃PBT抗黄变的效果比亚磷酸脂抗氧剂显著;阻燃剂容易吸附抗氧剂,从而削弱了抗氧剂的作用,添加多官能团助剂可有效缓解该问题.引入0.5%多官能团助剂后,增强阻燃PBT热老化后的色差比未加多官能团助剂时降低了39.6%,而且其热老化后的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度保持率分别提高了10.0%、10.7%、6.8%.加入处理的增韧剂可有效地降低玻纤增强阻燃PBT的端羧基浓度,并可提高其抗黄变性.The effect of antioxidant, flame retardant and plasticizer on the yellowing resistance of reinforced flame retardant PBT composites was studied. Compared with a phosphite antioxidant, the sulfur-containing antioxidant had better improvement on the yellowing resis- tance of reinforced flame retardant PBT composites. Flame retardants would adsorb the antioxidant easily and weaken the oxidation efficiency, which could be eased by the poly-functional group additive. The color difference of reinforced flame retardant PBT after the heat aging declined 39.6 % by introducing the poly-functional group additive, and the tensile strength, flexural strength and impact fracture after the heat aging enhanced 10%, 10. 7%, 6.8% respectively. The carboxylic end group concentration of glass fiber reinforced flame retardant PBT would be declined effectively by introducing the treated plasticizer, which could improve its yellowing resistance.
