脾脏淋巴管瘤临床特点分析(附6例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨脾脏淋巴管瘤的临床、影像及病理学特点。方法回顾性分析于2006年1月-2009年12月在我院进行手术治疗的6例脾脏淋巴管瘤患者，包括一般情况、临床表现、体检资料、实验室及影像学检查结果，并通过电话方式进行随访。结果6例患者中，男3例，女3例，年龄18～57岁，平均40．5岁。3例患者为体检发现，另3例有上腹部隐痛症状。体检均无阳性体征。6例患者均行脾脏切除术。6例均获随访，随访时间为18—39个月，均无复发、转移。结论脾脏淋巴管瘤罕见，临床确诊困难，脾切除术是有效的治疗手段。Objective To study the clinical, imaging and pathologic characteristics of splenic lymphangioma. Method Six cases of splenic lymphangioma from the pathology archives during the period between Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2009. The clinical features were analyzed. Results The age of the patients ranged from 18 to 57 years （ median = 40. 5 years）. 3 patients were males and 3 were females. Clinically, the tumor could be asympatomatic or present with abdominal symptoms. Physical examination of all patients were negative. All patients were performed splenectomy. Follow-up information was available in all patients with no evidence of recurrence of metastasis. Conclusion Lymphangiomas of spleen are extremely rare, final pathological diagnosis is required. Splenectomy is an effect treatment.
