摘 要:根据ISO 10271标准,将镍铬烤瓷合金在真空加氩气保护的铸造条件下,按口腔铸造要求分别经过1~5次熔铸制成方形试样,并在空气中960℃加热10 min.试样抛光后浸泡于pH=2.35的0.1 mol.L-1氯化钠溶液中,37℃密封保存7和70 d后采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪检测溶液中析出的离子,同时测量试样重量的变化计算失重腐蚀速率,应用扫描电镜观察试样腐蚀前后的表面形貌变化.结果表明,在氩气保护真空加压铸造环境中,在不添加新合金情况下,镍铬烤瓷合金经过1~5次熔铸后,抗腐蚀性能没有显著下降.According to ISO 10271,rectangular samples of nickel-chromium ceramic alloys were recast for 1~5 times under the circumstance of vacuum compressive casting with argon.All samples were heat-treated for 10 min in air at 960 ℃.Each sample was polished and placed in a tube added corrosive liquid(0.1 mol·L-1 NaCl,pH=2.35) and conserved for 7 and 70 days at 37 ℃.After corrosion,the solution of each specimen was tested by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP).And the weight of every specimen was tested before and after immersing.With scanning electron microscope,the surface characteristics of samples were observed before and after test.As the result shows,the corrosion resistance of nickel-chromium ceramic alloys did not decrease statistically,which were cast 1~5 times without adding new alloy under the circumstance of vacuum compressive casting with argon.
