摘　　要：采用分段离散的方法,对宽带钢热连轧过程进行了模拟仿真,分析了PC轧机精轧轧制过程中交叉角、弯辊力对辊间压力和轧制压力分布以及轧辊磨损的影响,并结合轧辊磨损实测数据,对轧辊磨损进行了预报研究,研究结果对于板形控制有一定的借鉴作用。Through simulation on metal deformation and rolling process parameter of the hot rolling process of wide stripe steel, the paper uses the section dispersed way to analyze the effect of different crossing an- gle and bend roller force to roll wear. It gets the rule of roll wear. The result is useful for the roll crown and flatness control.
