自治与责任:大学组织特色使命的理性反思

摘　　要：大学的使命与人们对大学的认知紧密相关,不同的时代,不同的历史时期,有不同的大学认知,也就有不同的大学使命。大学特色使命经历了早期主要以传承与传播知识为己任,到教学与科研并重,再到教学、科研与社会服务并存的三个时期。而现今中国大学组织的特色使命却出现了大学信任度降低、独立性动摇、批判性削弱以及精神灵魂消解等众多问题。这些相关问题都与大学自治性的缺乏密切相关,所以把握好自治与使命的关系对当今我国大学组织的发展具有重要的现实意义。The mission of the tmiversity is closely related to people on the cognitive. There are so many different cognitions about the university in different times and different historical periods, so that it has various missions. The characteristic mission of university experienced heritage and spread knowledge in the early days. After it appears two of the other periods, there are teaching and researching, teaching, researching and serving the society. But it also exists so many problems when we talk about today＇s university organization＇s characteristic mission of our country. The problems covered University credibility down, independence wavered, criticalness impaired and Spirit soul weaken. These problems are closely related to the lack of our university＇s autonomy. To grasp the relation between autonomy and mission is very important to the development of our university organization.
