摘　　要：党的十七届四中全会提出了"推进党的建设科学化"的命题。高校思想政治工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,是高校教育质量的生命线,必须要适应新形势新任务的要求,提高其工作的科学化水平。对高校思想政治工作进行科学谋划,是提高科学化水平的一项基础性工作。本文从坚持统筹理念、服务理念、人本理念和开放理念等几个方面,对如何科学谋划好高校思想政治工作进行了阐述。The propose of how to push forward Party building scientifically was promoted by the fourth plenary session of the central.The ideological and political work is an important part of university education and the lifeblood of the quality of education.We should adapt to new situations in the new tasks,to improve its work along scientific standard.It is a basic work to design ideological and political work in scientific level.This article sticking to severial aspects such as integrated concept,a service ideal,humanism concept and idea for opening,to explain how to make ideological and political work project scientifially.
