摘　　要：近年来,125I粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤作为一项日益成熟、疗效可靠的治疗手段,在全国乃至国际范围内得到了广泛使用和认可,特别是对于进展期恶性肿瘤,可有效降低肿瘤的原位复发率,提高肿瘤治疗效果,提升患者生活质量。分子生物学的高速发展已经逐渐渗透到医学的各个领域,125I粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤的分子生物学机制研究也得到了各方面的关注,并取得了一定的成果,特别是在诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、细胞周期阻滞、影响细胞内信号转导、抑制肿瘤血管生成等方面获得较大突破。In recent years,^125I seed implantation for malignant tumor is becoming more and more sophisticated,effective and reliable treatment,which has been widely used and recognized both at home and abroad,especially in the case of advanced cancer,as the tumor local recurrence rate can be effectively reduced and the therapeutic effects can be improved along with the patients′ quality of life.The rapid development of molecular biology has gradually penetrated into all fields of medicine,^125I seed interstitial brachytherapy particle molecular mechanisms of malignant tumor have also been concerns of all parties,and have achieved some results,especially in inducing apoptosis,cell cycle block,influencing intracellular signalling,and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis where greater breakthrough is seen.
