利用木质剩余物和向日葵秸秆制作外包装材料的研究

摘　　要：近年来,利用农作物秸秆作为原料制成包装材料得到科学研究人员越来越多的关注,该产品既能缓解包装行业对木材的需求,克服纯木质包装材料使用中的主要缺点,又能将农业剩余物变废为宝,综合利用农业资源,节约木材,保护森林资源。同时这种包装材料由于低成本、低消耗、低污染的优势特点更使其具有广阔的发展和应用前景。在介绍我国森林资源和实木包装现状的基础上,阐述了利用木质剩余物和向日葵秸秆制作外包装材料的可行性并对其生产制备工艺中的影响因素进行了分析。In recent years,taking straw as a raw material to make packaging material has drawn more and more attention of scientific researchers.The product can not only ease the wood demand of packaging industry,and overcome the major drawbacks of pure wood packaging material,but also change the wasted straw into useful agricultural resources to save alternative timber and protect forest resources.Meanwhile,this kind of material has a broad development and application prospects due to its characteristics of low-cost,low consumption and low pollution.Based on the introduction of forest resources and current packaging status of China,the feasibility of outer packaging materials made by wood residues and sunflower stalk was elaborated,and the influence factors in its production process were analyzed.
