介孔γ-Al_2O_3的制备及其对F^-的吸附性能研究

摘  要:以硝酸铝和碳酸氢铵为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成具有较高活性的介孔γ-Al2O3纳米材料。对合成的样品进行XRD、TEM和BET表征。结果表明:在N2气氛下煅烧所得样品与在空气中煅烧所得样品相比,其比表面积略有增加;在溶胶-凝胶过程中,用乙醇洗涤凝胶能显著提高产物的比表面积,所得产物比表面积高达390 m2/g,呈多孔结构,孔径尺寸约为2-4 nm;未经乙醇处理的样品比表面积仅为247 m2/g。选取比表面积为390 m2/g的介孔γ-Al2O3样品进行水中F-的吸附研究,通过研究样品的吸附量与吸附时间、溶液的pH值和溶液中F-浓度之间的关系,得出最佳吸附条件,并推导出等温吸附方程。This paper deals with a laboratory-scaled preparation of a novel adsorbent for removing fluoride ions(F-)from water,which involved synthesizing a mesoporous nano-sized material——γ-Al2O3 using a sol-gel method with two inexpensive raw materials including aluminum nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate.Sample of γ-Al2O3,the adsorbent,was characterized by sophisticated techniques such as XRD,TEM and RET.The product prepared exhibited a multi-porous structure of average pore size about 2-4 nm in diameter and a large specific surface area of 390 m^2/g,and rinsing the gel with ethanol could significantly increase its specific surface area.Experiment of F-onto γ-Al2O3 was conducted to investigate the effects of adsorption time,pH of the solution and F-concentration,leading to the optimum adsorption condition and the adsorption isotherm equation.
