摘　　要：目的:了解CD44v9在肝癌中的表达情况,期待CD44v9可能成为预防和治疗肝癌的新靶点。方法:采用RT-PCR技术和免疫组织化学方法检测27例肝癌及正常肝组织中CD44v9的表达。结果:CD44v9在肝癌中过表达或高表达,阳性率为92.5%,在正常肝组织中低表达或无表达,阳性率为18.1%。结论:CD44v9的表达与肝癌有密切的关系,通过对肝癌CD44v9的表达,为探讨肝癌等恶性肿瘤发病机理,为临床诊断、治疗和预防肝癌有一定的价值。Objective：To detect the expression of CD44v9 in liver carcinoma and to expect that CD44v9 would become a new target which be serviced to prevent and treat liver carcinoma.Methods：RT-PCR technique and immunohistochemistry method were used to examine the expression of CD44v9 in 27 cases of liver carcinoma and 27 cases of normal liver tissue.Results：The expression of CD44v9 in liver carcinoma was too much or high,CD44v9 was positive in 92.5%.On the other hand,the expression of CD44v9 in normal liver tissue was low or no,CD44v9 was positive in 18.1%.Conclusion：There is a close relation between CD44v9 and liver carcinoma.Through the expression of CD44v9 in liver carcinoma,there is some worth of CD44v9 which be serviced to study the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prevention in liver carcinoma.
