摘　　要：目的探讨STK15 Phe31Ile基因多态性与乳腺癌易感性的关系。方法由两名评价员以"STK15/Aurora/BTAK"、"polymorphism"、"SNPs"、"breast cancer"、"Phe31Ile"、"基因多态性"、"乳腺癌"、"易感性"等为主题词分别检索Pubmed、EMbase、SCI、Web of Science、CNKI、VIP、万方等中英文数据库,未进行语种限制。对所获文献进行质量评价、筛选和提取相关病例对照研究资料,并以OR值及95%可信区间为效应指标,对照组基因型频数分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律。利用Stata10.0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入7项病例对照研究进行Meta分析,其中病例组5615例,对照组7539例。以STK15 Phe/Phe或Phe/Ile基因型携带者为参照,携带Ile/Ile基因型的个体患乳腺癌的风险显著增加,(OR=1.23,95%CI=1.00-1.50)。结论 STK15 Phe31Ile位点多态性与乳腺癌易感性相关,Ile/Ile基因型为乳腺癌的易感基因型。Objective： To determine whether STK15 Phe31Ile Polymorphism contributes to genetic susceptibility to breast cancer. Methods ： ＂STK15/Aurora/BTAK＂, ＂polymorphism＂, ＂ SNPs＂, ＂breast cancer＂, ＂Phe31 Ile＂, ＂jiyinduotaixing＂, ＂ruxianai＂ and ＂yiganxing＂ were used as keywords to search literatures in english database inculding Pubmed, EMbase, SCI, Web of Science and chinese database inculding CNKI, VIP and wanfang et al by two evaluators respectively, with no language limited. Evaluated the quality of the literatures, selected and extracted material of related case control studise, and used the OR value and 95% confidence interal as effect indexs. Genotype frequency distributions in Control group conform to HWE. The Stata software packagel 1.0 was used for Meta - analysis. Results ： Finally on the analysis of the Meta seven case - control studies were bringed into, of which cases group were 5615 examples, cases of control group were 7539 examples. Taked STK15 Phe/Phe or Phe/Ile genotype carriers as reference, breast cancer risk of Ile/Ile variants carries increased significantly （OR = 1.23, 95 % CI = 1.00 - 1.50）. Conclusion： Polymorphism in STK15 Phe31Ile site related to breast cancer susceptibility, Ile/Ile was susceptibility gene type for breast cancer.
