改良家兔灌胃法的研究

摘　　要：目的在动物试验过程中,摸索出了一套新的家兔灌胃方法。方法和结果对14只家兔连续经口灌胃21d中,通过两人协作,用改良家兔灌胃法,平均速度达到12只/h,没有出现因灌胃不当造成意外死亡事故,成功率达100%。结论改良家兔灌胃法是安全有效的。Objective During the animal experiments,the author explored a new method of stomach lavaging of rabbit Methods and Results During the 21days of rabbit stomach lavaging continuously（14/d）,12 rabbits can be finished per hour by cooperation of two people.there were no unexpected death because of unsuitable lavage,and the rate of success was up to 100%.Conclusions modified Methods of Stomach Lavaging of rabbit is safe and effective and can improve the rate of success
