三级甲等医院呼吸科护士对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征认知及护理行为现状调查

摘　　要：目的:调查北京市三级甲等医院呼吸科护士阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关知识及护理行为状况,为提高呼吸科护士对该病的护理水平提供理论依据。方法:采用自设问卷对北京市三级甲等医院呼吸科的129名护士进行调查,问卷分为3部分:一般资料、疾病知识问卷及护理行为问卷。结果:调查对象阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关知识平均得分仅为(52.12±18.38)分,及格率仅为25.6%,正确回答率低于30%的条目为疾病的主要症状(17.1%)、危害性(27.1%)、危险因素(28.7%)、持续正压通气(不耐受原因2.3%);有近1/3(31%)的呼吸科护士从未对患者进行过阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的健康教育。不同学历、职称、护龄的护士从整体上对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关知识的掌握均较差。结论:不同学历、职称和护龄的调查对象均应加强阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关知识的培训,特别是疾病主要症状、危险因素、危害性、CPAP治疗依从性方面的内容。Objectives： To investigate the knowledge and nursing practice of Sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome among nurses in the pneumology departments of some class III grade A hospitals in Beijing and to improve nurses＇ theoretical and practical level to care for these patietns. Methods： We investigated 129 nurses in the pneumology departments of some class III grade A hospitals in Beijing by the self-designed questionnaires. Results： The overall scores for knowledge was 52.12±18.38 with the total scores 100. Only 25.6% nurses＇scores were over 60. The items with correct choices lower than 30% were main symptoms （17.1%）,harmfulness （27.1%）, risk factors （28.7%） and Continuous Positive Airway Pressure （intolerance reason 2.3%）. One third of the nurses never did related health education. Nurses had deficit knowledge and limited practice about obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Conclusions： Nurses in pneumology department need study the knowledge of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, especially the main points of symptoms, risk factors, danger and treatment adherence.
