摘  要:目的:了解二级医院护士健康教育的现状及影响因素。方法:便利抽样,自行设计问卷对303名二级医院护士进行调查。结果:二级医院护士健康教育基础知识平均得分为68.5分;对健康教育的态度平均得分为63.1分;健康教育实践平均得分为67.5分,及格率为68.6%。多元线性回归分析发现护士的雇佣方式及其对健康教育的态度是影响健康教育临床实践情况的主要因素。结论:明确护士在健康教育中的角色和地位,注重对合同制护士的关心和教育,完善健康教育评价体系,将有利于护理健康教育的开展。Objective: To describe the status of nurse's health education practice and its influencing factors in 4 Second-Grade hospitals. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 303 nurses in 4 Second-Grade hospitals in Beijing suburbs by a Convenience Sampling. Results: The average scores of the health education knowledge, attitude toward health education and health education practice were 68.5 ,63.1 and 67.5 respectively. The pass ratio was 68.6%. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nurse's hiring mode and the attitude toward health education were the main factors influencing the practice of health education,. Conclusion: In order to improve health education level in Second-Grade hospitals, it is very important to define the roles and position of nurses in health education, to pay attention to contract nurses, and to improve the evaluation system of health education.
