摘  要:目的比较经鼻肠管和鼻胃管进行肠内营养在急性脑卒中患者中的肠内营养并发症发生率,选择一条更安全有效的肠内营养途径。方法将30例急性脑卒中患者随机分成2组进行肠内营养,A组留置鼻肠管,B组留置鼻胃管。观察两组的并发症发生率,进行比较及统计分析。结果两组患者的并发症发生率存在明显差异。结论急性脑卒中患者应用鼻肠管给予肠内营养更为安全、有效。Objectives To compare the complication incidences of gastric nutrition and small intestinal nutrition in the patients with acute stroke,and to choose a more effective way for enteral nutrition.Methods Thirty patients with acute stroke were divided into two groups at random:group A and B.Patients of group A were given enteral nutrition via a nasointestinal tube,while those in group B were given enteral nutrition via nasogastric tube.The complication incidences for two groups were observed,compared and analysised.Results Significant differences in the incidence of complications were observed between these two groups.Conclusion For patients with acute stroke,enternal nutrition via nasointestinal tube is safer and more effective compared to that via nasogastric tube.
