摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预对减轻妇科化疗病人恶心呕吐的作用。方法:对25例化疗病人随机分为两组,观察组行心理干预,对照组不行心理干预。结果:观察组恶心呕吐程度明显低于对照组差异有显著性意义(X2=4.87,P<0.05)。结论:心理干预能明显减轻化疗病人的恶心呕吐反应。Objective： to study the effect of psychologica） intervention to alleviate the nausea and vomiting in patients with Gynecologic chemotherapy. Method：on 25 cases of chemotherapy patients randomly divided into two groups ,observation of group psycho-logical intervention control group no psychological intervention. Result：nausea and vomiting Observer Group has significant meaning difference levels significantly lower than the control group （ X^2 = 4.87, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： psychological interventions can significantly alleviate the nausea and vomiting of patients undergoing chemotherapy. Key Words Psychological intervention
