高年资护士在急诊分诊工作中的作用

摘　　要：目的提高急诊护士分诊的准确率。方法分别对2008年3、4月份急诊就诊患者进行分诊并比较分诊结果。随机选取急诊科低年资护士（1～5年期护士），随机抽取400例患者参与研究，年龄（41．4±5．42）岁，其中危重症患者13例；随机选取急诊科高年资护士（5年以上护士）5名，随机抽取425例患者参与本研究，年龄（43．1±5．81）岁，其中危重症患者20例。对两组患者在性别构成比、年龄和危重症数量进行配对分析；比较高、低年资护士分诊的正确率、失误率和分诊时间的情况。结果高年资护士分诊准确率96．23％，明显高于低年资护士81．5％（P〈O．05）；高年资护士分诊失误率3．77％，明显低于低年资护士18．5％；高年资护士平均每个患者分诊时间（1．65±0．72）min，明显小于低年资患者（4．08±1．07）min。结论高年资护士在急诊分诊中的作用至关重要。Objective To investigate the importance of seniority of nurses in the triage in emergency room. Methods Five randomly selected nurses with lower seniority （with 1 - 5 years＇ service） conducted triage for 400 randomly selected cases, aged （41.4±5.42） including 13 severe cases, in the emergency room, and 5 nurses with higher seniority （with more than 5 years service） were randomly selected to be responsible for triage for 425 randomly selected sex-, age-, and disease severity-matched cases, aged （43.1 ±5.81）, including 20 severe cases in March and April 2008. The triage accuracy rate, triage error rate, and average triage time were compared between these 2 groups. Results The triage accuracy rate, triage error rate, and average triage time of the nurses with higher seniority were 96.23 %, 3.77 % , and （1.65±0.72） minutes respectively, significantly higher, lower; or shorter than those of the nurses with lower seniority [81.5%, 18.5%, and （4.08±1.07） minutes respectively, all P 〈 0.05].Conclusion Seniority plays a vital role in the triage in the emergency room triage.
