非直管附属医院建设的探索与实践

摘　　要：非直管附属医院是医学院校与地方三级乙等及以上综合医院合作共建的新型办学模式。学校以综合医院为发展基地，地方综合医院以学校为技术依托，通过合作可以有效缓解医学院校临床教学资源短缺，满足高等医学教育发展需求。本文从医学院校建设附属医院的必要性、存在问题以及具体举措和方法等方面进行综合阐述，希望通过整合校内外一切软硬件教育资源加强非直管附属医院建设，提高医院管理人员的带教意识和水平，积极为社会培养合格的医学人才。The non-affiliated hospital is a new type hospital co-established by medical institutions and local top-level hospitals for clinical teaching. Such the new model makes it possible for medical schools to use the local hospitals as teaching base while the latter depends on the former in terms of medical expert- ise. Meanwhile the cooperation may alleviate the shortage of clinical teaching resources in order to meet the needs of the rapid development in medical education. This paper presents an overall survey of the necessi- ty, problems and the countermeasures in developing such new type of non-affiliated hospitals by medical schools. It is expected that by integrating all teaching resources under the jurisdiction of medical schools, development of the hospitals can be promoted, so the teaching awareness and levels of medical administra- tors and more effective cultivation of medical talents could be improved.
