摘　　要：本文讨论了如何培养高素质的心血管超声诊断医师，其教学思维及方法应包括以下方面：培养系统、全面的思维意识；培养空间思维与抽象思维能力；培养临床思维能力和发散性思维；培养个性化操作意识及非智力素质；培养自主学习及创新思维能力。经过思考及实践，作者认为通过这样的方法，有助于培养21世纪新型医学人才，并使之适应现代社会的发展需要。This paper had discussed how to cultivate high-quality cardiovascular ultrasound diagnostician. The teaching methods and guiding ideology should include the following aspects： cultivating systematic and comprehensive thinking consciousness, cultivating spatial thinking and abstract thinking ability, cultivating clinical thinking and divergent thinking, cultivating individual operational consciousness and non-intelligence quality and cultivating autonomous learning ability and innovative thinking ability. Through deep thought and practice, it was believed that these methods were quite helpful to cultivate new medical talents of 21st centare, and helo them to adaot to the modern society.
