摘　　要：针对目前控制式差动无级变速器的设计比较复杂,以整个装置的体积最小为优化设计目标,建立控制式差动无级变速器优化设计的数学模型,并利用MATLAB的优化工具箱对其进行优化设计,得出优化后变速装置的体积比初始设计的体积小,为同类型传动的设计提供有效地设计方法。Regarding the least volume of the whole reducer as the goal of the optimum design,introduces a formation of the optimum model of the controlling differential stepless speed variator.It also introduces a optimization design of the transmission by using the Matlab optimization toolbox,and the result is that the transmission of the reducer is less than the initial value after the optimum design.This study provides the method of effective design for the same type transmission design.
