摘　　要：《司法鉴定收费管理办法》基本实现了对司法鉴定收费的统一管理,具有进步之处。然而,我国司法鉴定收费管理仍然存在若干不足之处,可以从以下几方面进行完善:拓宽《司法鉴定收费管理办法》的适用范围,明确司法鉴定费用的性质为"公益性服务费",细化收费标准的确立依据,对新增的"三大类"鉴定项目的收费实行价格审批制度,强化对司法鉴定"协议收费"的监管。The Stipulations about Judicial Appraisal Charge Management basically realize the united management of judicial appraisal charge,which has made progress.However,there are many drawbacks in them,which can be corrected in the following aspects,that is,widening their application scope,stipulating the nature of the judicial charge as public service welfare,specifying the grounds for charge standard,implementing price examination and approval system for the newly-increasing items and strengthening the supervision of agreed charge of judicial appraisal.
