摘  要:将SDS—PAGE纯的钙调素(CaM)经过甲酸氧化后免疫家兔得抗血清。用免疫胶体金技术研究了CaM在兔晶状体中的分布。在晶状体的囊膜,无胶体金颗粒出现。从晶状体上皮细胞到核内纤维状细胞,CaM含量逐渐增加。上皮细胞内,CaM主要分布于线粒体、微丝和细胞核中,其它部位散在分布。在晶状体皮质,有核纤维状细胞和无核纤维状细胞中CaM均散在、均匀分布,以后者含量为多。在晶状体核纤维状细胞中,CaM也均匀、散在分布。Calmodulin (CaM) which had been shown to be homogeneons by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was modified by performic acid and the rabbits were immunized with it. Localization of CaM in rabbit lens was studied with Protein-A gold method. In lens, from cndothlial cells to fibrous type cells in the cores, CaM content increased gradually. In endothelial cells, CaM mainly localized in mitochondria, microfilaments and nuclear. In the cortex, the localization of CaM in both fibrous type cells with or without nuclear was even and CaM content in the latter was greater. In the core, CaM was also evenly distributed.
