摘　　要：目的:对比分析恶性肿瘤患者、健康体检者血浆中同型半胱氨酸浓度,以探讨同型半胱氨酸与恶性肿瘤的关系。方法:选取我院2008年1月～2011年3月收治的胃癌、乳腺癌患者(57例)作为观察组,以同期健康体检者(62例)作为对照组,检测两组受检者血浆中同型半胱氨酸浓度。结果:观察组同型半胱氨酸血浆平均浓度为(24.87±8.21)μmol/L,显著高于对照组[(10.02±2.19)μmol/L],差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:同型半胱氨酸与胃癌、乳腺癌相关,定期检测同型半胱氨酸血浆浓度,多摄入或补充富含叶酸的食物,对胃癌、乳腺癌的预防具有重要价值。Objective： To explore the correlation studies between homocysteine and malignant tumor through comparative analysis of the serum homocysteine level in malignant tumor patients and healthy persons.Methods： 57 cases of gastric cancer or breast cancer from January 2008 to March 2011 in our hospital were chosen as observation group,and 62 cases of healthy persons in the same period were control group.The serum homocysteine level of each group were detected.Results： The average serum homocysteine level of observation group was（24.87±8.21） μmol/L,significantly higher than that of control group [（10.02±2.19） μmol/L]（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Homocysteine has something to do with gastric cancer and breast cancer.It has significant importance in preventing the occurrence and development of cancer to detect the serum homocysteine level and take more food containing folic acid.
