摘　　要：创新人才培养是高等教育改革和可持续发展所面临的重要问题。加快创新型人才培养，推动唐山创新型城市建设，是高等学校的职责。本文从高校和政府两个层面探讨了创新人才培养的方法和途径。Innovative talent cultivation is an important problem in the process of higher educational reform and sustainable development. Colleges and universities in Tangshan should shoulder the responsibility of cultivating innovative talents to promote the urban construction. The paper discusses the way to cultivate innovative talents from the aspects of school and government.
