摘 要:研究一类随机需求环境下库存随机折损的季节性产品服务策略和库存控制问题。提出按照客户购买行为特征对需求进行分类,并在不同类型的客户之间进行差别化服务的策略。通过构建动态规划模型,得出动态的最优服务和库存控制策略。同无差别服务的报童模型相比,该策略能显著提升零售商的利润,减少商品损坏的损失。利润提高率与零售商对客户的区分力度和产品折损率相关,折损率越高的商品实现最大利润提高率所需的客户区分力度越大。This paper considers a retailer's service policy and seasonal inventory control problem,in which both the demand and the lifecycle of the product are stochastic.Demand classification method according to purchasing behavior is proposed,and a differential service policy is put forward among different types of arrival customer.Through dynamic programming model,the optimal inventory control and service policy with time-based critical inventory level for each class are derived.Finally,numerical analysis is provided.Comparing to first-come-first-served service policy in newsvendor model,the proposed policies can significantly improve profit and reduce the loss caused by product deterioration.Percentage of enhanced profit is related to the retailer's ability to distinguish customer and rate of deterioration.It needs more powerful ability to distinguish customer for peaking the percentage of enhanced profit when rate of deterioration is higher.
